Dominica: Fans burst into tears after Burna Boy’s performance at World Creole Music Festival

Dominica: Burna Boy, a Nigerian singer, songwriter and record producer, was seen at the world-famous grand night of the World Creole Festival in Dominica on October 30; fans of Nigeran artist were seen in tears after witnessing a magnificent performance by their favourite singer.

Dominica: Burna Boy, a Nigerian singer, songwriter and record producer, was seen at the world-famous grand night of the World Creole Festival in Dominica on October 30; fans of Nigeran artist were seen in tears after witnessing a magnificent performance by their favourite singer.

Initially, Burna Boy and his managing team planned to depart Curacao on Saturday, October 29 2022. However, due to some ongoing circumstances, The Nigerian singer could not leave Curacao.

The first party of band members reached in Dominica on Saturday, October 29, 2022, during the middle of the day.

Afterwards, the Nigerian singer and song writer Burna Boy was seen arriving in Dominica on Sunday, October 30, 2022, and took part into the famous World Creole Music Festival on Sunday night.

All patrons were able to attend the Sunday night festival at no added cost once they showed proof of Saturday night tickets that had not been scanned or a Saturday night armband.

Afrobeats star Omah Lay performed on Saturday night’s lineup.

All patrons who entered the World Creole Music Festival 2022 on Sunday night were requested by managing authorities to bring either an unscanned Saturday night ticket, a Saturday night armband, or a Sunday night ticket. The gates of the famous music festival were opened for visitors from 4 pm on Sunday, October 30 2022.

This year’s World Creole Music Festival 2022 in Dominica featured a Festival Village, which was equipped with advanced technology and was further helping to meet the demands of visitors who were looking for delicious local food, drinks, products, and entertainment between main stage events.

The Festival Village was situated on the forecourt of the Windsor Park Sports Stadium this year. Each night of the World Creole Festival 2022 featured a different genre through a house band, local acts, famous DJs, and traditional and cultural entertainment.

The theme for Friday night was Afro-Caribbean music, followed by soca and bouyon on Saturday night and calypso music on Sunday night.
