WOMAN CHARGED IN SUNDAY NIGHT’S COCAINE SEIZURE.
Basseterre, St. Kitts, March 04, 2016 (RSCNPF): Formal charges have been laid against Pia Nisbett of Spooner’s Village who was arrested on Sunday (May 01) at the Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport after a search discovered cocaine on her person.
Nisbett was charged by the police for the offences of (1) Possession of Cocaine, (2) Importation of Cocaine and (3) Possession of Cocaine with intent to supply.

Additionally, she was charged with Possession of a concealed good, to wit Cocaine, (2) Signing of a false declaration and (3) Making a false statement (declaration). These charges were brought forth by Her Majesty’s Customs and Excise Department.
Nisbett remains in custody.
