Late Obie Baron of Dominica but who resided in Antigua

The two men held in last week’s historic drug bust at Conaree Beach on St.Kitts have been unofficially identified .
Obie “Small Breeze”  Baron and Greg Williamson, were intercepted by St.Kitts-Nevis Police attempting to smuggle almost $1 million worth into St.Kitts .
Acting Commissioner of Police Stafford Liburd disclosed that two men approached the Conaree beach about 5 a.m., watched by police as a result of intelligence gathered. When police identified themselves, one man in the boat opened fire on the officers, who returned fire killing the gunman. A police dive team later retrieved a partially loaded pistol from the sea, as well as some of the narcotics thrown from the boat.. Reports are that Two Kittitians were found in the area and were arrested along with  Greg Williamson who is reported to be the owner of the boat.
Both Williamson and Baron are well known drag racers and drag racing enthusiast. Williamson has participated in several drag meets in Nevis
