Deputy Prime Minister Hon. Shawn K Richards is currently in Dubai leading a very strong delegation at the first ever UAE – Caribbean Cooperation Forum. The delegation includes Premier Mark Brantley , Hon. Lindsay Grant, NIA Minister Hon. Eric Evelyn .
The delegation also include Permamnent Secretaries Kaye Bass and Jasmine Warner-Weeks, Ambassador Jonel Powell, along with Director of Culture Troy Mills, President of theChamber of Industry and Commerce Faron Lawrence and His Excellency Justin Kareem Hawley the St.Kitts-Nevis Consul-General on Dubai.


The forum takes place from Nov. 24 to 26, and will be looking to “explore potential to boost economic cooperation between the UAE and the Caribbean,”

The forum is expected to contribute to increasing cooperation between the UAE and the Caribbean countries in the cultural, trade, investment, and technology domains.
