St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla National Bank Limited has renewed its commitment to the sport of Cricket by sponsoring the St Kitts and Nevis Patriots. National Bank and its Black Card has been designated as the official bank and the official credit card of the Patriots respectively. Richard Berridge, Patriots Chief Executive Officer, expressed the importance of the combining forces with National Bank, commenting that it is sure to be a partnership ripe with opportunity; He stated “We are delighted to have the bank with us for the first time. Cricket allows many opportunities for the young people of this Federation to grow, and develop, and joining forces with the Patriots and CPL T20 on a whole is a fantastic look for both of our respective brands. National is one of our blue chip institutions that has always played a major role in the development of the Federation, especially the youth so we are happy to have them on board.”
Anthony Morton, the Executive Manager, Marketing at National Bank, stated, “St. Kitts Nevis Patriots is an economic stimulus to the Federation, which has a positive trickledown effect to us all. Every time a Patriot player scores “50 runs” during this year’s Hero Caribbean Premier League T20 Tournament, that performance will be dubbed the “Black Card 50” in honor of the perfect partnership between the Patriots and SKNANB National Bank. Fans are asked to come out, support and celebrate the Black Card 50’s in person, while rallying behind the Patriots at Warner Park during the period on August 28- September 4 when the Patriots make their home appearances.
