(Times Caribbean) Former Minister of Education Eustace Cochrane lost his life tragically last evening in a Car

Accident on the on the Queen Elizabeth Highway ( hospital hill Road) on Antigua.
Cochrane apparently suffered a massive stroke before his vehicle slammed into a utility poll on the highway.
In 2013 the Former All Saints East and St Luke MP Cochrane was involved in another traffic accident which left him and 4 others hospitalized. It was reported then that Cochrane lost control of his vehicle and veered off the road and collided with 3 vehicles on the side of the road.
