St. Kitts and Nevis, February 6, 2019 — Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate Corporation today announced that construction of the Ramada by Wyndham resort here is progressing at a brisk pace. The Company reported that structural work, window framing, and roofing are essentially complete at the resort’s nine Condominium units, at its Clubhouse, and at its Spa and Garden Villas. Also completed, it noted, are pipelines for indoor drainage, water supply, and fire protection. Caribbean Galaxy added that construction of the swimming pool structure is now complete, together with construction of parking spaces and roads within the parking lot. The 273-room resort is situated in the Whitegate area of St. Kitts, about 15 minutes from St. Kitts’ Robert L. Bradshaw International Airport. In addition to the swimming pool, hotel amenities will include conference space, a bar, a restaurant, and a cultural center. “We are pleased to report the excellent progress our workforce is making at Ramada by Wyndham,” said Ying Jin, Chief Executive Officer of Caribbean Galaxy. “We are on schedule for completion in September and our supervisors and workers are pitching in to deliver this property on time and make it, and St. Kitts and Nevis, a bright shining star of the Caribbean.” Caribbean Galaxy Real Estate Corporation is a resort development company founded in December of 2013. Currently, Caribbean Galaxy is building the Ramada by Wyndham resort in St. Kitts, schedule for completion in September. The Company plans to break ground on a similar project in St. Lucia later this year.
