Ambassador Condor Meets With Leaders of St.Kitts-Nevis Registered Organisations in the Tri-State Area of the US

On Thursday December 3, 2015, St. Kitts-Nevis Ambassador/Permanent Representative to the United Nations, His Excellency Terrence Sam Condor, spent approximately 2 hours with members of over 15 registered organization’s in the Tri-state area.
Staff of the Permanent Mission joined Ambassador Condor to engage in a lively discussion of the way forward for organizations, and ultimately the people of the federation who they serve.
Organization Presidents and their members spoke briefly about the objectives of their various organizations.
The Ambassador commended the organization’s leaders for their voluntary spirit and encouraged individuals to continue the work of serving others, particularly citizens most in need of assistance.
He reminded the audience that although the Permanent Mission is expected to fulfil its role as one of the 193 member states of the United Nations, “charity begins at home”, therefore the needs and concerns of the citizens of the federation are of great importance as well.
Ambassador Condor expressed his commitment to serving ALL nationals of the federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. He encouraged citizens to continue their work in the spirit of country above self. “There is nothing more rewarding than the service of others,” the Ambassador declared!
